Lemon Curd Filling

A yellow coloured paste. Freeze/thaw bake-stable, ready-to-use (RTU) lemon curd filling.

Ready to use straight from the pail for a wide number of applications including round sponges, sponge rolls, lemon tarts, lemon meringue pies and lemon buns.
