4 Week  courses

Whether you are beginning your journey as a cake baker/decorator, seeking a refresher course, or simply eager to acquire new techniques, our 4-week courses are ideal for you.

Our base course focuses on buttercream skills and cake baking fundamentals, followed by courses specific to fondant, Royal icing and a Gumpaste flower masterclass. Each offering comprehensive training before entering the realm of cake decoration to become the baker you were born to be!

Each course runs 1 day a week for 4 weeks. The cost for each 4-week course is $300 including a kit for you to keep, covering the necessary tools for that specific course. We provide the essentials to cover you for your first class and as you move along you will need to gather ingredients and items to help with your progression…good news! we have everything you need!

These hands-on classes offer a unique learning experience compared to online tutorials, with individual attention, group collaboration, and ongoing support. We are excited to accompany you on your journey!
