with over 30 years experience, Lea specialises in most areas of cake, cookie and dessert creations. As our in house class leader you have the opportunity to gain 1 on 1 attention and learn everything she has learnt throuugh many years of practice, fails, experience and BRILLIANT executions!

Our fabulous store manager and always there to answer your call!
As an avid hobby baker across many areas, Dani can assist you with the fundamentals of your project and is an amazing outside of the box thinker to help you get the job done!
Tara
One of our talented retail assistants, Tara has experience across all areas and a strong background of over 5 years as a qualified chef!
With hopes of oneday opening her own sweet treats cafe, Tara is up on the current trends and always learning new techniques and skills that she is more than happy to share with our customers.
