Buttercream Class

This first course is based on Buttercream. Decorating basics is your starting point and will cover topics such as fundamentals in baking a cake, making buttercream icing using the Wilton method and using a decorating bag. From there you will use a variety of decorating tips to make stars, borders, flowers and pipe messages.

How to cut and Fill your cake and cover in buttercream and create straight edges. Crumb coating and finishing off 

Ever had a problem filling your cake with jam or any other filling lemon curd ect and not having it spread or leak out the sides ? Well in this class we will show you how to master the skill off filling your cakes. 

Do you want to know how to do the perfect rosette ??? In this class you will learn how to pipe not only rosettes but many piping techniques that you can use to decorate your cakes and cupcakes. 

Do you want to make perfect white buttercream ?? We use the wilton AMB Method which will not only be perfectly white but also perfectly stable. 

The course runs for two hours, once a week, for four weeks and costs $300 .
Your course fee includes a kit which you will need for your classes.

Modified Wilton Course #1
This first course is based on Buttercream. Your Teacher will show you have to how to cut and Fill your cake( torting and Layering) and cover in buttercream and create straight edges. Crumb coating and
finishing off .

      Hello, You receive a kit which includes your tools. tips piping bags spatula piping practice board and flower nail and templates. in the class you will receive everything for the first class and you will have to go home and practice. you will need to bring a few things for class but mostly all included. Yes you will definitely learn how to crumb coat and coasting with icing in this class. Thank you for your Question
